SAP Techno Functional Consultant

• Design, develop, test & implement application s/w using SAP Portfolio And Project Management,
• PPM 5.0, SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, ABAP WebDynpro, Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
• Must be hands on in PPM developments and Configuration.

Business Analyst

• Gathering requirements with the end users and capturing the requirements using Word or Excel sheet.
• Create mock up reports or dashboards for the report developers
• Write specifications and standard guideline documents to maintain the standards across the organization.
• Supervising process and functional design activities
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Creating functional requirement documents and mapping with user specifications.
• Creating flow-charts and report templates to visualize the requirements
• Meet with developers to understand the requirements and clarify the questions that developers might have on the requirements
• Testing the functionality of the output and signing of the requirements.

Project Manager

• Manage and schedule meetings with development, testing and business analysts
• Assign tasks in the VINSU4U project management tool and allocate budget for the project
• Co-ordinate with upper management and update the project status on weekly basis
• Schedule weekly meetings with developer’s team to analyze the complexities and challenges
• Schedule user training sessions for business users after completing the iterations of the VINSU4U application.
• Maintain multiple projects and estimate hours and budget to align with the company standards and guidelines

Systems Administrator

• Maintaining the systems health and applying the patches as per the new releases.
• Installing and configuring the software’s on the developer’s desktops/laptops.
• Maintain the databases and SQL code for scheduling jobs and monitoring.
• Co-ordinate with release managers to maintain and support post releases of VINSU4U applications.
• Identify new technologies, and techniques that could improve our product or processes
• Integrate VINSU4U application code in to the one system of truth.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings to get the latest updates from the software vendors.

Software Quality Engineer (Position 1)

• Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
• Backend database testing in Microsoft SQL environment including validating stored procedures, jobs and triggers.
• Identify test requirements from specifications.
• Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
• Need to follow a documented test plan and be responsible for the reporting of clear and very detailed bug reports.
• Need to work with their fellow testers and senior tester to ensure quality testing and bug reporting is maintained throughout the product’s entire testing process.
• Experience in the automotive insurance industry a plus.
• Working knowledge of SQL, HTML and XML and internet browsers.
• Testing experience in web‐based and database applications.
• Knowledge of IT process improvement and various IT QA standards.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Windows‐based applications and internet usage.
• Designing and creation of test cases and scenarios for software testing.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing and keep track of all the new developments.

Software Quality Engineer (Position 2)

• Responsible for testing the code as per the test case documents and test plan documents
• Define or log the defects in the ALM Quality Center as per the VINSU4U application tracker
• Participate daily scrums meetings to report defect status and close the defects after confirming with developers and business end users.
• Participate in the production releases to make sure the content is working as per the VINSU4U application standards and guidelines.

Software Developer (Position 1)

• Migrating & Developing Forms  4.5 & Reports 2.5 to Forms 6i and development
• System analysis and Database design, Writing Triggers and procedures using SQL, PL/SQL.
• Integrating the ERP Accounts to the GL  of the Oracle Financials
• Testing the objects with multiple instances
• Analyzing change requirements, Setups, configuring, testing SAP-FI ERP System.
• Regular Support Activities , Coordinating with Business units on Resolving data Errors.
